NATUREO FINANCE advises the Swiss company AMPARD on its acquisition by the Dutch group ENECO.
Ampard Ltd develops and markets AMPARD – both an Energy Management System and Virtual Power Plant for distributed energy systems. AMPARD allows optimized control of photovoltaic and storage systems as well as integration of other devices for demand response such as electric vehicle and heating.
Natureo Finance has a long relationship with Ampard’s management and has been advising them informally. During the process, Natureo Finance acted as sole financial advisor to Ampard.
