In June 2013, Mobivia Group completed the acquisition of CityzenCar, allowing Mobivia’s subsidiary Buzzcar to consolidate its position in the peer-to-peer car rental company.
Natureo Finance acted as sole financial advisor to Mobivia Group and Buzzcar.
