April 2, 2015, Drivy, a peer-to-peer French car rental company, purchased Buzzcar from Via ID.
Natureo Finance also advised Mobivia Group in its participation in the Drivy fund raising of €8m.
Natureo Finance acted as sole financial advisor to Via ID for the M&A process and the fundraising.
