The Corporate Finance team offers clients its operational experience in sectors such as energy, infrastructure and technologies as well as its financial expertise, all acquired in an international context. It enables us to assess, advise and recommend to our clients the most viable technologies, projects and organizations.
Acquisitions : identify potential targets and manage the entire transaction from beginning to end i.e. in-house modeling, valuation, coordination of legal, accounting and technical advisors, negotiation.
We can either work with large industrial and financial groups to advise them during the acquisition or support much smaller companies during their external growth process.
Fund raising (second or third round financing) : accompany the company during all phases of its fund raising process, i.e. support in elaborating business plans and calibrating human capital and material resources, sector and industrial benchmarking, valuation of the company, identification of the best financial investors through extensive relationships across full spectrum of investors on a global basis, negotiation and closing.
